This year the Namiita Tiger Dance is coming all the way from Kesennuma!

The Daikoku Festival is a celebration dedicated to sharing the blessings of Daikoku and bringing people closer to spirit of Daikoku, the god of good fortune and prosperity.

This year, to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Kodosan’s founding, we are delighted to present a special performance of the Namiita Toramai (Tiger Dance), a traditional performing art from Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture.
